Accessibility Statement

Effective: May 1, 2026 Β· Last updated: May 1, 2026

VibeInk is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps ensure the site is accessible to all users, including people who use assistive technologies.

2. What We Do

  • Use semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy
  • Provide descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
  • Support keyboard navigation throughout the site
  • Include ARIA labels and landmarks where appropriate
  • Test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA)
  • Run automated accessibility audits using axe-core
  • Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
  • Provide visible focus indicators for interactive elements

3. Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas may have known limitations:

  • Some AI-generated product images may have limited alt text descriptions
  • Third-party embedded content (e.g., Stripe checkout) may have its own accessibility considerations
  • Complex animations may not fully support reduced-motion preferences in all browsers

We are actively working to address these limitations.

4. Applicable Laws

  • EU: European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882)
  • UK: Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018
  • US: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III and Section 508
  • Canada: Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and AODA (Ontario)
  • Australia: Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA)
