Refund & Returns Policy

All VibeInk products are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

1. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item or size was shipped
  • Print quality does not match the preview shown at purchase
  • The item was lost in transit (after carrier investigation, typically 15โ€“30 business days)

2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after order is placed (custom-made products)
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Normal wear and tear after use

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email support@vibeink.com
  • Include your order number
  • Describe the issue
  • Attach photos of the item (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approval: 1โ€“3 business days after receiving your request
  • Refund processing: 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method
  • Bank processing: Your bank may take an additional 3โ€“5 business days to reflect the refund

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will print and ship a new item at no additional cost. Replacement orders typically arrive within 7โ€“14 business days depending on your location.

6. Regional Consumer Rights

European Union & United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. However, because our products are custom-made to your specifications, this right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under statutory warranty.

Australia

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don't match the description. These rights apply regardless of our return policy.

United States

Refunds comply with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule. State-specific consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.

Canada

Provincial consumer protection laws (e.g., Ontario's Consumer Protection Act) may provide additional cancellation and refund rights for distance purchases.

India

The Consumer Protection Act 2019 provides rights against defective goods. Custom-made products may be exempt from standard return provisions.

Singapore

The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act protects against unfair practices. We comply fully with these requirements.

Japan

The Consumer Contract Act (ๆถˆ่ฒป่€…ๅฅ‘็ด„ๆณ•) applies. Custom-made products are generally exempt from standard cooling-off provisions under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (็‰นๅฎšๅ•†ๅ–ๅผ•ๆณ•).
