Shipping Policy

All VibeInk products are made-to-order and custom-printed by our fulfillment partners. This means each item is produced after you place your order.
1. Production Time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is processed. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), production may take up to 7 business days.
2. Delivery Estimates by Region
Delivery times below are estimates after production and may vary based on carrier, customs, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold (displayed at checkout).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
- EU: Orders shipped from within the EU are generally not subject to additional customs. Orders from outside the EU may incur VAT and duties.
- UK: Orders above £135 may be subject to VAT at point of import.
- Canada: GST/HST and provincial taxes may apply. Orders above CAD $20 may be subject to customs duties.
- Australia: GST applies on goods valued over AUD $1,000 at import. Low-value imports are generally GST-free.
- India: Custom duties and IGST apply on imports. The threshold and rates vary by product category.
- Japan: Consumption tax (10%) may be assessed on imports exceeding ¥16,666.
- Singapore: GST (9%) applies on imports above SGD $400.
- US: Generally no import duties on personal-use orders under $800 (de minimis threshold).
VibeInk is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your government. These are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in that email or logging into your account.
6. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order at no charge or issue a full refund.
